We will email you with available options and rates. Upon confirmation from your end, we will reserve the villa for you by placing a 3-day hold. Then we will provide you with payment options and details. Every villa requires a security deposit which varies by the size of the villas. Once we receive an advance payment from you (30-50% of the total + security deposit, then you are confirmed. The security deposit will be returned to you upon a successful check-out.
For villa rentals we require only one passport, which needs to be of the signee.
Cancellation policies for Villas vary from villa to villa. It will be specified in the rental agreement that you receive from us but generally speaking, there is a 0% refund for cancellations that take place approximately 1 month before the check-in date.

Check-In Time: Depending on the villa, Check-In time is usually at 2PM or 3PM. Certainly you can arrive later. A representative will be in contact with you to coordinate a smooth Check-In. This representative will provide you with your keys and house rules. This representative will also conduct your Checkout process and will help you out if you run into any problems.
Checkout Time: Usually at 10AM or 11AM the latest.
Rates for villas vary greatly by seasonality. The most popular time to travel during summer is from July 1st until August 31st . That is when everyone rushes to various destinations by booking everything they need in advance. The most expensive accommodation rates are usually during peak week which is during the last week of July. We highly recommend you consider going on summer vacation during June and September because you will get better rates for all types of rentals and services during those months.
Some places may experience power outages or water shortages. We are neither responsible nor liable for any faults with the villas including breakdowns of mechanical parts, water problems, swimming pool filtration, power outages, gas or other. If such an occurrence rises, we will investigate into the matter and invest maximum efforts into getting the problem solved. If the problems still persist, then we will look into other solutions including change of property and refunds.
Further, we assume no responsibility for accidents, injury, death or loss, including consequential damages from the rental and use of its properties. As a precaution, do not leave children unattended in the pool of your villa.
Small and casual house parties are generally allowed in villas as long as the guests can upkeep a safe and clean environment without causing any damage. Most properties have strict rules regarding bigger parties and private events which require special permission from the owners and an extra fee for holding parties with limitations on the exact number of people that can attend. There are a lot of properties that have neighbors which will not tolerate noise or loud music at any hour which will result in them calling the police to close down the party. Generally, quiet hours are between 14:00-18:00 and between 23:00-08:00.
We are here to assist you with the complete organization of your private event. Upon agreement with the property owner, we will provide you with speakers, lighting, DJs, performers, security staff, catering, drinks and anything else you may require.
As a precaution for event safety we insist on at least 1 security staff per 15-20 guests for a safe and fun party environment all throughout the night and so that there are no unwanted guests.

Yes, most yachts have a captain, skippers and crew members that will prepare some light snacks and beverages. Upon request we can provide you with chefs for a complete meal experience onboard the yacht. You will find all your needs taken care of with no need to fret the details that take away the fun from vacation. We ensure that your travels are mixed in luxury and comfort, leaving your minds and hearts open to the beauty of the sea and her islands.

For cancellations up to 14 days before the embarkation date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. For cancellations 13 days or earlier before the embarkation the refund is 0% except in cases of unsuitable weather conditions. In that case we will either try to reschedule your trip or we will refund you the whole amount.
Only captains and skippers are included. Food preparations and chefs are not included in the yacht rates. We have great chefs for you to choose from.
We also provide additional gear for water sports upon your request including Sea-Bobs and professional snorkeling gear.

Our vehicles are of the highest luxury standards with car brands including Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover and Porsche. We also have a Mercedes V-Class Vans and other vans available! All of our cars and vans have a professional English-speaking driver. Additionally we have drivers that speak other languages upon request.
Rates vary by vehicle. Our daily rates include the cost of the rental + driver + fuel for a 24h period. Drivers are mandatory for all vehicles and they are on-call 24h. Drivers will also serve as your personal time managers driving you from one location to another so that you are worry-free throughout the duration of your stay.
24h on-call means that the driver requires 20-40 minutes notice from you before pickup.
24h on-disposal or 24h on-hold means that the driver is constantly by your side.
Constant use of the car/van + driver or more than 10 transfers, qualifies as 24h on-disposal.
We provide close protection officers or bodyguards as well as static security officers.
Our bodyguards are constantly alert and by your side for your protection. We provide armed, police trained officers as well as unarmed close protection officers.
Static security officers are appointed to guard your property from theft and burglaries. Many villas do not have security alarms installed and the police force in most destinations tends to be understaffed during high-season, which is why we recommend at least one static security officer to guard your property and your belongings.
