Nestled along a track above the coastline, Sa Punta de S’Aguila - which translates as ‘Eagle’s Point’ - is a five-bedroom villa built in traditional Mallorcan style with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the panoramic sea and mountain views can be seen at every turn, whether in the private pool or on the tranquil bedroom terraces.

Step inside this 663m2 space and admire the many Mallorcan features, from the exposed beams in the ceilings to the terracotta tiles on the floor. Bedrooms are arranged over three levels, and all feature en-suite bathrooms with Gaia amenities, as well as an outdoor terrace seating area with views of the Mediterranean.

There are plenty of social spaces – from the large lounge to the perfectly proportioned dining and kitchen. There’s also a large terrace and outdoor dining area - perfect for evening dining or late-night cocktails.

The stunning location of Son Bunyola makes for the perfect place to unwind with a dip in the pool, or a spot of yoga and tennis, all whilst enjoying the awe-inspiring views - but the mountainous landscape is also ideal for hiking. There are some creative and culinary experiences for you to get stuck in too, or how about venturing further afield to the Mallorcan beaches and setting sail on the tranquil Mediterranean waters?

Master room is located on the first floor, next door to the living area is the master suite with high beamed ceilings, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom that features a free-standing bathtub. There's also a desk and cosy reading area, as well as a private terrace that leads around to the main outdoor lounge areas and steps down to the pool.

The remaining rooms are arranged over two levels, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace with seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
